Curious to see what we’ve been working on so far?
In this portfolio, you can find some of the awesome projects we got to do!
Content Marketing
Alter Sleeves
We worked with Alter Sleeves on their Kickstarter to help bring their product to reality. Alter Sleeves are protective perfect fit sleeves for trading card games like Magic the Gathering with beautiful alternative art prints on them so players can alter the look of their cards without permanently changing them. We worked with the awesome Alter Sleeves team on general project management, communication and marketing including an influencer campaign and shooting several promotional videos, and assisted with the look and feel of the Kickstarter and the reward tiers.
After their Kickstarter, we continued working with Alter Sleeves on their marketing and project management.
“Life’s Work Lab helped us with starting our business Alter Sleeves with a variety of things, like understanding Dutch laws, regulation and taxes as well as setting up a marketing strategy. Mark and Maud worked with us in a professional way, with a personal touch, which made communication and cooperation very pleasant.” – Ilse, Team Alter Sleeves.
WordPress Web Design
My Passion Projects
The idea for Life’s Work Lab began after running my blog My Passion Projects for a year where I blogged about finding your passions and purpose. I started My Passion Projects as a way to help other people after I had dealt with burn-out and depression. I wanted to help other people navigate their way around them and help them live a happier, more purposeful life. During the building of the website, I discovered my passion for web design. Now I love helping people build a pretty website for their business!
Blogger Clan
For a couple of months, I founded and ran Blogger Clan, a platform to help bloggers get seen more. I loved doing it, but it took a lot of time and energy that I could also spend on other projects, like building Life’s Work Lab. However, I still really love the website. Here’s an impression. The site will be online until December 2019.
Concept Development
Happily Ever After
During my second year studying trend research and concept development, we got to start a student company and develop a product to teach us about entrepreneurship. My team and I developed a book called “Happily Ever After” that was a tangible memory of a person who was terminally ill. It’s designed to help people consciously say goodbye to each other with no regrets and no more questions. The book would forever hold notes, pictures, and other memories that the two of you made together. It was very well received and to this day one of the projects I’m most proud of.
Writing
Writing Books
I also love to write. In 2018 I wrote Waker (English title: Watcher). I am working on the English translation right now. I also started a new writing project to help starting entrepreneurs learn the ropes of entrepreneurship through helpful fiction, so stay tuned. Writing books and publishing them allows me to help entrepreneurs who want to share what they have to say with the world to make that dream a reality.
